There's another, more casual element to this journey. While most of my private dinners and guest chef appearances are gauged towards fine dining, I also hold a local Pop Up series.

 

In the fall of 2023, together with my best friend from Culinary School, we launched a business to focus on bringing more fun, casual dining to Sonoma County. We believe there is an open space for great brunch in this area, specifically for our world famous biscuits & gravy recipe. We founded Brunch Boys LLC and the rest is history. 

 

We don't just do brunch... all of our pop-up menus are playfully designed and focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Perfect for late night social crowds and hungover 30-somethings.
